Horrible Service from Takealot

I made an order on the 24th of November. This morning i try to track it and i find out that my order is cancelled ! I did not initiate this cancellation and i was not informed. Whats annoying is the fact that i had to find out myself

Really dont understand what type of business this is and it is really frustrating. Atrocious service to say the least.
