Horrible service from Elethu B

Elethu B from Takealot,she would send endless emails "copy and paste" explaining a senseless policy .

I had a coupon for R150 and I purchased stuff for over R700 , I cancelled 1 item worth R449.

I received R299 and they promised a coupon of R150. The coupon I was given by Takealot was valid for a new user ,I'm not even a new user to start with I wasn't assisted at all .
