Horrible service

Highly disappointed, I was sent a faulty product from superbalist and when I Log a return the driver came to my house he was making noise and very rude and telling me this is not faulty he can connect it for me at a cost. And I refused he said I must then pack it the way it was at the shop I mean how does that even make sense when it’s over 20 pieces of wood how can I memorise how it was packaged at the shop. Secondly he was soo rude even scared my daughter with his behaviour. I need this resolved
