Horrible service. Don't buy from takealot.com

I'll never ever buy anything from takealot.com. 1. In November 2022 they delivered an incorrect item. I had to log a return. 2. In January 2023 I bought an umbrella and books. The umbrella broke after a single use. The books packed inside a small box and they looked terrible. 3 In January 2023 again, I bought an item and it was not delivered but the app says it was delivered.

I can't take it anymore. Your service is horrible and disgusting. I'll make sure other people don't anything from you.
