Horrible service / delivery from Takelot

Bad very very horrible service from Takelot. They delivered my parcel to the worng address and in the land we live you get ********* and took my parcel.

I've been in contact with Takelot for 3 days now tryung to get a refund and nothing they keep on telling me they will get back to me and never do.
