Horrible service

I ordered a New Phone Last week Tuesday, received it on Thursday. The phone arrived and had scratches on the screen. I requested a collection and was collected Friday. I received an email yesterday saying they can't replace the phone because that supplier is out of stock and they can't give me a phone from another supplier. Was informed they will credit me to make a new purchase within 24hours, I'm still waiting. Informed them I need the phone asap as I'm going on a trip on Friday. It's failing on death ears.
