HORRIBLE SERVICE

I ordered a heater from Takealot which had a 12 month guarantee, when it came the button beneath the heater was not working I had to put sellotapes for it to work. It did not last for even 2 weeks and the other bar stopped working, I returned it only for them to tell me that I'm the one who damaged it without any proper report supports their allegations. I tried communicating with them via email asking for a proper detailed report that explains that I damaged the product and while I was waiting for the report they returned the product to me, the one that was damaged without informing me. I am so disappointed their service is beyond terrible, it's horrible
