Horrible service by Takealot.com

Takealot doesn’t give a damn about the customers once you have paid. My order was suppose to be delivered yesterday and the driver drove to the wrong address and had a nerve to call and tell me she drove to the wrong address and therefore she is turning back and won’t deliver my parcel anymore , mind you I didn’t go to work waiting for this parcel but she didn’t care. I called Takealot throughout the day and my issue was not resolved , they couldn’t be bother really , they protect mediocre drivers . I then offered to go pick up my parcel wherever it is , this request was refused . So I guess if todays driver decides to turn back with my parcel too , nothing will happen , Takealot will just reschedule for the following day , and I needed this parcel YESTERDAY. Get drivers who actually want to work , it’s very easy for your drivers to decide not to deliver a customers parcel because they know nothing will happen to them .
