HORRIBLE SERVICE

i ordered a package yesterday and selected delivery for today, i canceled all my appointments so that i can be home today, i received an sms statimg delivery will be today before 17:00 which ddnt happen, i wasted a whole day waiting for nothing, no one called to say they are running late or whatever the only thing i got was some lame sms full of lies station that i was unavalible... Unavailable were cz I've been home the whole day?????? I WANT MY DELIVERY TODAY STILL THAYS WHAT I PAID FOR PLEASE
