Horrible service

Takealot service is disgusting lately. Place 2 orders with them and my delivery dates keep changing. 1st order - placed in the 25th May, upon payment, order was to be delivered in the 28th,after payment delivery was rescheduled for the 3rd June which was totally unacceptable. Canceled the order 2 days later and they changed the delivery to the 2nd June. Called them and sent emails made promises but still my order is not delivered yet. 2nd Order - placed on the 20th May, delivery was scheduled for the 1st June which was fine with me until they decided to reschedule for the 3rd June. That item is crucial to my business and I needed it on the 1st June. This is totally unacceptable. I have canceled the second order as well but I just know they will come up with their stories once again. Why do we even subscribe for fast delivery and be treated like this? 🚮
