HORRIBLE SERVICE AT TELKOM EASTGATE!!!

Yesterday, I went to Telkom as advised by Mukesh. He checked whether the SIM card was working in both my phone and router. The SIM worked in the phone but not in the router, while an MTN SIM worked perfectly in the same router.

Mukesh then advised me to visit the nearest Telkom store and request a SIM swap. I went there yesterday after work, at around 17:50. Upon arrival, I found the staff occupied on their phones. They did not check either the SIM card or the router and simply informed me that there was nothing they could do, stating that this issue also occurs with their own SIM cards.

When I advised them that I wanted to terminate the contract, they showed no interest in assisting me or attempting to resolve the issue.

Given the lack of support and the ongoing service issues, I would like to proceed with terminating the contract at the end of this month. Thank you.
