Horrible service at George pick up point

I am so disappointed with the takealot consultation. I went to George pickup point on 16 August 2023 15:28 and the consultant who was there to assist with collection was so rude. She didn't greet when I came in and had an attitude while I was looking for my qr code. I really hope that I was the only client that was treated that way as no one deserves that kind of service from such a good company. This issue should be addressed with this person by her management team and I will definitely do another review with my next order.
