Horrible service and unavailable items

Take a lot is going over and above to make us go to the competitor. I had to cancel move around offers. My Christmas experience is ruined by you. Why make me wait for an item that is not available or 'lost in transit' till my delivery date to tell me the item is not available and after me calling to enquire. You do not even have chats to enquire from. I need to waist my airtime holding to be assisted. Your are doing a great adverti*****t for Amazon SA. Why do you have items that are not available on your website?
