Horrible service and not safe at all

To say am disappointed in ur service would be an understatement.

Attached are the pictures of how the guys who came to collect the headboard left it. At my gate and they just left.

They came very early and asked if the headboard is big, I told them is big and they said they will come back. They left and when they came back, they took out of the house and then the driver of the vehicle said they can’t take it if it’s not covered, I asked how I was suppose to cover it because the material used (attached herein) can’t be reused again. The guy called a certain lady assuming she works with him at the courier company and the lady told her no they can’t take it, they must leave it to continue with deliveries. I asked to speak to the lady and she I showed her the material used and she told me I should have used my own plastic and tape to cover it. I asked if I didn’t uncover it how was I going to see that this is not what I wanted, how was I to know and also I didn’t buy this product thinking it would come in that state so how was I to know.

When I said to them ok don’t leave it let me take my own plastic and tape to cover it, I rushed in the house when I came out they had left, left the headboard as shown in the picture by the gate, on the ground floor. It’s getting now and the next thing I will be told it’s dirty and they can’t take it.

Now all I want is for this headboard collected and I don’t want it anymore and I want my money.

I called the guy back to ask for his name and he refused to give me his name or even of the lady he called, he said he doesn’t know the lady. He accused me of swearing when I was not swearing, he told me he is not scared of my complaint has dealt with such things even before and he is not scared. I was shocked to say the least.

This people come to our homes and now a person is able to to say to you he is not scared. I used my work line to call him and the calls are recorded. How safe am I from such people who are even able to say that to customers. Am currently alone in the house. You send us people who are not safe at all in our homes. Who are able to tell us how not scared they are of us.

This is the worst service ever.
