Horrible service and no delivery

<p>I placed my order about two weeks ago. I was told it would be delivered last Wednesday and it never arrived.</p> <p>Contacted many support agents, all were useless and unable to tell me where my package is and when it will arrive. How difficult is it to contact your own courier and check the status? Totally horrible service!</p>
