Horrible service and false advertsing

Purchased a smart TV. Find out that not all apps are compatible, Showmax for example does not work, only some apps do. Description on the site did not mention limitations, especially when considering the local apps that are primarily used. Requested return, no one has picked up TV for 5 days, they just keep rescheduling delivery and then not come and repeat again next day. Takelot support are non existent, no phone numbers to call and so slow to get replies when logging a query. They then ask for more info yet the orginal query had all info and details. Will never buy from them again.
