HORRIBLE SERVICE AND DISREGARD FOR CUSTOMERS

I'm very very disappointed with the service I've received from TAKEALOT. I ordered 2 items order number ***8. I received on one item last week Friday. The second item was meant to be delivered on Monday. Come Monday I waited the whole day for delivery and no one came. I logged 2 queries but no ones comes back to just to update me. I logged on my App and saw that apparently the item was lost in transit. That really is not my problem, I want my item as it's already paid for. If you guys can't deliver, PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY ASAP. HORRIBLE SERVICE
