HORRIBLE SERVICE AND DELIVERY

Tells me delivery between 8am and 5pm. Comes to deliver doesn't call to say they outside, i live in a complex building there's no way I can wait for that long outside for a delivery, calls customer care the call goes silent they don't attempt to contact me again. Had to phone 3-5 times before i got in touch with another agent to find out for a next day delivery refund and the location of the pick up point so i can pick it up. They take FOREVER email me where the location is.. then tells me i can't go pick it up coz they done delivering (this was before 5 pm when I finally got an answer) i try to ask them to just let me come get it they don't respond until after closing time. They then tell me they can't refund the delivery fee in full and has the nerve to only refund R5 they are so hard to reach such bad service
