Horrible service and Communication

Terrible service. I ordered a textbook 2 months ago. After a month they informed me it was lost in transit on the day of delivery and they would reschedule a delivery. I had to source the book elsewhere because of assignments I had to complete. I expect a full refund for this purchase. Takealot.com cannot realistically expect anyone to wait more than 2 months for orders to arrive.
