Horrible service and communication

I bought pampers and milk for my son, it is 3 days late, I haven't gotten any communication until I went to their social media for complaining. Now they tell me they went to my house and they said they don't know me. Nobody called me back to confirm anything and I need those things, I don't have money to buy more. I am ****ed off and frustrated to the last limit. I want my money or my things. ****ed up part is I can't call anybody to get a proper explanation
