HORRIBLE SERVICE

This issue has been going back and forth.

To date I have not received my order, which was supposed to be here on Monday the 5th of September already.

I received the SMS stating that the package was out for delivery on that Monday, but no parcel arrived. I then contacted the call center to advise them and they stated that it was weird because the driver indicated that her delivered it and I singed for it. This was not actually the case because I work from home and no one was here.

Your driver then came to my house on the Thursday telling me that he had delivered it down the road, at the wrong address, and that the person had already requested that the packaged be picked up and taken back to the warehouse to be collected and dropped off at the right address, which was my house, which is literally around the corner of where the driver delivered it.

The driver then told me not to worry, he will deliver it by my house the Friday, which was the next day. Friday came and went and no one was here. I then emailed AGAIN and was then told that the package will be delivered on Monday the 12th of September. Already very frustrated, I just told them to cancel my order. A consultant emailed me back stating I need to request a return, and thereafter a credit will be allocated.

A day went by and I received another email saying "thank you for the return request, once they receive the returned item at the warehouse, they will allocate the credit". Firstly... I did not even physically request the return... And secondly.... THERE IS NO ITEM TO RETURN! So I am sitting with no delivered items and no credit!!

I have never experienced such bad service from Take Alot ever! So I don't don't know what has changed over the past month at the company, but they go back to the way they used to operate....

I don't want to assume the drivers are *****ing from the company .. But something about this particular experience is fishy. And I suggest take alot looks into it further.
