Horrible service

I bought a bedside table from Takealot and it was smaller than I expected. I then returned it and the courier people came to collect, it was in good condition. I then receive an email from Mthokozisi to say they are not gonna refund me coz I returned a damaged product which was a lie. I then suggest they speak to their courier people coz it looks like that beside table went to world war 54, it was knocked on something’s with the dents that were there and the entire back of it was basically on the floor. They are standing by the fact that they are not refunding me coz they don’t accept damaged products, I must give them evidence that it was not damaged when it was collected. Yet it is not in their policy to take photos for collections because had their drivers taken photos on collection or if I was informed that I need to do this, I would have gladly done it. Their service is pathetic. In that chain email I don’t even know how many people have been cc’d…I’m basically being passed around and they are all singing the same tune. I will not be liable for something I didn’t do. In the state that bedside table is in, it needs to be disposed, I would have never retuned it if it was in that state.
