HORRIBLE SERVICE

Wow what appalling service I have had with takealot.

How difficult could it be to collect a return? I logged a return for an oversize shoe on 23/04/2021. The collection was scheduled for 26/04/2021. Today it is the 29/04/2021. It is yet to be collected. The personnel I have been liaising with Zaid has been making empty promises as to collect this parcel. The return ID is RMA***.
