Horrible service

Absolutely unacceptable service from Takealot. I ordered a bench and dumbbells. The bench arrived on time with no issues, but the dumbbells never arrived. After waiting 3 days, I checked my account only to see that Takealot marked both items as “delivered”, which is simply not true. I contacted Takealot immediately. Since then, it’s been another 3 days of empty promises like “we’re looking into it.” Nothing. No updates. No resolution. No urgency at all. How is it even possible that it takes this long to follow up with their own courier company? I’ve told them multiple times that this is urgent, yet the agent on the other side clearly couldn’t care less. This is not the first time I’ve had issues like this with Takealot, but it will definitely be the last. Marking items as delivered when they clearly weren’t and then dragging your feet to fix it is beyond poor service. Next time, I’ll rather support Amazon. Order number: ***
