HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

The service I have been receiving from Takealot recently has been ridiculously horrible to say the least! I submitted a return for 2 of the exact same items that were both the wrong color as what was ordered. I stated that I require a refund as I now needed to go buy new items in-store meant to be Christmas gifts as a exchange would not be delivered in time.

At first the driver showed up with a motorcycle which was too small to collect the items, from there a car was sent to collect the items.

Since the items have been collected they have been unable to correctly locate the items at the warehouse. I have been forced to phone Takealot again and again as they keep rescheduling collection for items that were already collected, notififying me that my returns were cancelled by me (which they weren't) and after a massive struggle to get it resolved, I have now once again been asked to drop off one of the items at the nearest drop-off point. (Item that I no longer have, as it was collected with the first item!)

I have now been waiting 3 weeks for my refund to be dealt with properly and it seems once again one of the items is missing.

I have always been a very big Takealot customer and supporter, but have never been this disappointed with their service from Takealot and at this rate, by matter of principle this was the last time myself or my family will be making use of Takealot.
