HORRIBLE SERVICE

<p>As an avid online shopper my takealot shopping experience is the worst i have ever experienced. They do not deliver items on "guaranteed " delivery dates. Item that was susupposed to be delivered 12/12/16 is still not delivered. Yet they send me emai confirming delivery!</p> <p>Item that i wanted to xchange is still not collected. Even after email saying it will be xollected 13/12/16! I have dealt with 5 takealot staff members in one day. Sent numerous emails and im still not assistant. I cancelled all orders and now the painfull, frustrating wait for my refund!</p> <p><span style="font-size: 14px;">Absolute worst customer service. *********l site. They do not deliver! Will not be making use of their horror service ever!</span></p>
