Horrible service

Takealot sent me the incorrect order which I had to drive back to return. I then asked for my correct order which I was then told is no longer in stock and I will be credited. My problem is that now I not only have to pay more because of buying from a different supplier, but I also have to pay a delivery fee again AND make a 3rd trip to the collection point. It’s so frustrating because even their customer service agents don’t follow up it’s just horrible service
