Horrible service!

So dissapointed with their delivery. Driver lost my package...probably gave it to someone else! Then told me he left it at the depot he will be right back. Then he didnt want to leave the package that he did have with me! Now my package is lost in transit! Had to reorder and now only getting it agter Christmas! I dis the correct thing ordered on time bit still i get this type of poor sercive! Its a smaal gift and might not mean a lot to Take a lot. But for me it meant a lot and once again so dissapointed! NOT THE FIRST TIME!
