Horrible service

My mother in law placed an order with Takealot.com, when the package was delivered, they sent an empty container without the device in it. When she called to report it she was assisted. Now 3 different people are requesting pictures which she has sent, and now they are requesting a picture of the label, which she threw away by mistake. I find it ridiculous that she needs to go through this long process for an item that costs a mere R200. I don't understand why she is being treated like a ******** when the box was sent to her empty. Catch a wake up Takelot.
