Horrible service!

@takealot used to be good however recently they have the worst service! I ordered and item and they delivered an incorrect item! You can clearly see it's incorrect by the image of the item I ordered and what was delivered. The refuse to take it back and refund me! Their customer service is useless!!! Never ordering from Takealot ever again!
