Horrible Service.

I have been chasing up a return every week now and yet the tracking information has not been updated, the return is not dealt with and frankly I feel that no one at this company cares.

The tracking shows to be sent to seller. It's been like this for over a month now, every time I inquire, I'm told they are going to chase this up and get back to me.

Still, no update, no one gets back to me, I have to chase this up every week just to get the same update.

The Advisers I have dealt with are: Courtney Papier Portia Ngesi Nikita njemla Lestine Arendse Eleanor Ndhlovu

This situation just puts a damper on my days and experience with takealot.
