Horrible service

Bought a TV unit from takealot and waited 2 weeks for delivery. Finally received the item and it came with 2 damaged panels. Nowhere can I find a email address to send pictures to. Got in touch with them and I'm told the whole thing needs to be returned and I must reorder which means I must wait another 2 weeks when all I wanted was 2 replacement panels or a discount to keep as it. I left a review and my review was not published. Their customer service is horrible they have no empathy. I will not be using takealot again would rather take my bussiness elsewhere where I'm valued as a customer.
