Horrible service

I have purchased a Condere heater with takealot.com on the 31 May 2024 which was already broken by the 19 July 2024. I have logged a return the same day and till today Takealot.com has been rescheduling my return for no particular reason and no communication. Wednesday 07 August I spoke to a TL who I clearly expressed my dissatisfaction with and advised that I want a complaint logged,I was promised a link to be sent but nothing came through. Even today the heater has not been collected.

Takealot.com does not seem to care about the well being of their customer's, in this Cape Town cold weather they don't see any importance of prioritizing anyone. I have taken my self and the kids to my GP due to cold as we still do not have a heater.

Well done Takealot.com for terrible service.
