Horrible service

In less than one month I've experienced two pathetic experiences from this company. First incident my package was delivered at a completely different address which is 49km away and I had to drive there and collect my package. Second time around delivery needs to be rescheduled because some *********** person does not know how to capture an address on a GPS. Lesson learned. This is by far the worst customer service ever. And Nadia Davis must learn to respond to e-mails.
