Horrible service

Been buying from this company for a while now. They don't even deserve a star. The wrong item was delivered and a logged an exchange ( this item was purchased for a gift) and the item was only collected a month later, after numerous emails and complaints. I've been waiting 2 weeks for the delivery of the replaced item and it's moving on to 3.

Disgusted in the service and the lack of sincerity. I'm not just disappointed, I'm furious!
