Horrible service!!!!!!!

I ordered three things on three different occasions from Takealot. First order.. wrong thing was delivered and I struggled 4 weeks to return item. Second order.. the product delivered is not working. No return was picked up by Takealot yet. It's been 2 weeks now. Third order.. I ordered a gift for Christmas. The did not deliver on the Thursday before Christmas. Said I was unavailable for delivery. This is untrue. They rescheduled for the Friday. No delivery and stated it was delayed. I phoned and pleaded with Takealot to collect the order or something but nothing. Eventually after many emails and Facebook messages they rescheduled for the Sunday. They ensured that delivery will definitely take place. No delivery was made!!!!! I had no Christmas gift to give and still no delivery was made. I will not waste my time and money on Takealot ever again.
