Horrible service

Good evening. On the 10th of June.i returned a set off ear pods which were faulty,at Takealot branch in Soweto. Only to find out a few days later I forgot to include the accessories.i returned them.. Later that week I get a delivery and itz the same staff I returned, as angry and annoyed as I was I returned them back to AGAIN!! I went the and two ladies I didn't catch their names promised to take care of this as I was coming the for the third time now. As I'm writing this it's been a month still no return or refund done,when I went the on Friday the lady at reception said she can't help I should call the call center that took forever..I still didn't get help.i still don't have my refund..take a lot customer care is pitiful..gor such a brand to be handling customers so poorly its disgusting..
