HORRIBLE SERVICE

I ordered a baby bag, school bag with stationary and a lipstick on March 1st 2020, after confirmation of payment, on tracking order it showed that my order was to be delivered on the 17th of March which was not a problem for me. The order got to designated address seven days earlier and by that time I was not available for collection. On 12th March I received a message that my order had been rescheduled for 16 March as I was not available. I had no problem with this as I knew from the onset my delivery was scheduled for March 17th hence me not being available on the 10th. On 16 March at 07H50 I got a message again saying I could not be reached so my order had been rescheduled to 17 March between 08H00 and 17H00, the order never came, I inquired with the help team and I was assured that my order would be delivered on 18th March. Yesterday I made an inquiry about the whereabouts of my package and they said it had been delivered. What was odd is the fact that every time I get a delivery, the delivery team calls but this time around someone had signed off on my order without me being informed. Today I inquired as to how they would be so negligent that they would allow unknown person to sign off an order and that I think I don't want the package anymore because of the back and forth from their side. I was told to wait for a while so they can check with the courier as to who might have signed off. I received a response saying they sent my package back to the warehouse and something about processing my refund. Not even an apology followed after wasting so much of my time. I wouldn't have waited this long and wouldn't be this disappointed in Takealot if I didn't need those contents.
