horrible service

i ordered items worth R28000-00 they delivered one wrong item which was returned and refunded,but they refusing to assist with one item they didnt deliver they tell me that it was delivered when it was never delivered,i have been calling and emailing and they keep telling me the case is closed because they say everything was deliveered when i only have 13 S label numbers for my order
