Horrible service

Very much disappointed how it took much longer than the stipulated time to deliver my son couch and once they did deliver the couch they deliver the wrong one. I tried to return it for an exchange but the initial couch I ordered is now out of stock. The couch they delivered is for a girl and not for a boy. I have waited and it's been two weeks and to this day no manager has called me as they had promised they will get one to call me to discuss. I called in to lay a complaint and they promised me someone will call me as this was entirely their fault they got the order wrong and they not sure what happened. This was my first purchase on their site and I must say it was the worst and disgusting service I have received and I am truely disappointed at them. This has been a frustrating task
