Horrible scheduled delivery
Ordered online and requested same day delivery of which they stuffed up on. It was supposed to be delivered to my work address before 3pm (as requested) and they later informed me that they could only deliver by 7pm for which I gave them my residential address. They were at my home by 16h30 after I had informed them that I would only be back after 5pm.<br> Thank you for a well organised *****-up!

Sorry for the frustrating experience. This is really disappointing to hear after the first mess up & the effort you went to to make the alternative arrangements thereafter. Our complaints team is busy following this up with our courier & we'll be in touch as soon as we receive feedback.
