Horrible returns process

Extremely poor service received. Returns process is anything but "hassle free"! I requested a return and was told the item would be collected on a Monday, but nobody came. The following day a vehicle that was too small for my item arrived and left. It is now four days and 5 phone calls to takealot later, and nobody has arrived to collect. Given that the order arrived 5 days later than Promised this has by far been the most frustrating experience. Would not recommend.
