Horrible return log from takealot

I ordered JBL earbuds. I logged in a return along with another product(the products were on different reference numbers). Takealot fetch both products from my house on the same day 2nd of december 2024. The other product has been refunded but not the JBL earbuds. How this work I Do not know.

This is the second time that this happen with headsets/earpods. The last time takealot confirm to me they never received the other headsets but with a huge fight they finally refunded me. They recon it got ******.
