Horrible return experience.

I recently tried to return a pair of redmi buds 4 actives because the right ear bud was playing audio alot softer than the left ear bud . Takealot said I was missing a type c charging cable so they could not process my return any further. I then told them that I never recieved a cable when I order the product. They told me I they can't accept my return because I didn't report the missing part within 7 days of purchasing the product. I proceeded to attach 3 links of review videos where the reviewers clearly state that the product never came with a cable. They sent my product back and on the back of the box it clearly indicates what is found in the package and it does not say anything on the back of the box about a cable included in the package it was just the buds, extra tips and user manuals. I reached out to them with images of this and I have just been ignored for the last 5 days. They have not explained the story and why they refuse to take back my product even though it clearly never came with a cable. Their website said it does but why would I the customer, bother to report a missing cable if the package and multiple reviews state that it was not meant to come with a cable. They are refusing to return my product because of their mistake.
