Horrible Return experience

NIGHTMARE WITH A BABY COT RETURN

My baby is sleeping on the floor for 8 days now because of the ********, useless idiots that work in this company. BEWARE!

On the 4th of February, I logged a return of a cot MRRN-858PO-PAV5 that was not matching the description and had few other issues. I was advised that a return is scheduled for the next day, 6th of February, Mondy. These idiots sent us a person on a S****** to collect a cot!!! How clever is that.

So, we were rescheduled for the next day when we were told the cot will be collected any time by 5pm. So we had to stay at home and arrange no one to go out for the ENTIRE day. NO one came!!!

We were rescheduled for Wednesday. We could not stay at home the ENTIRE day because we needed to see a paediatrician. The Takealot guy appeared exactly at the time we were out so we missed him. How can a collection time from 8am until 5pm be reasonable? You have to specify shorter time windows that are manageable! However, we were promised that we are rescheduled for the next day.

On the next day, Thursday, 9th of February, we were informed that our return is CANCELLED! Can you believe this? So, my baby is sleeping on the floor, NEXT to the packed cot, for 4 days now, since Sunday. We were explained that the return request was cancelled because of their inability to collect the item. As you can guess, this is entirely due to the insanely unprofessional logistics department.

We were rescheduled for collection on Friday and a new return claim was opened. On a Friday, they sent a person on a s****** AGAIN! So, we started the entire process all over AGAIN!!! Not knowing when this nightmare will and IF it will end ever....How idiotic is that? To make the same mistake over and over again?!

We stayed on the phone for 25minutes with an operator and we were promised that someone will pick up the cot by the end of the day on Friday. So, we cancelled everything we have planned in order to be there and not miss them. NO ONE ever came.

No one came on Saturday or Sunday.

It is Monday noontime now and no one even bothers to come and pick up this cot. My child is sleeping on an improvised bed on the floor for 8 days now. A NIGHTMARE caused by useless, unprofessional, idiotic people!
