Horrible quality on hot water bottles

I ordered two hot water bottles on Monday, 28 March 2022 - Order ***. I received delivery as promised on Thursday, 31 March 2022. The price was R140 for a 2-pack. In less than a week, the first hot water bottle had a hole on the side, luckily I saw it and quickly disposed of it. I then used the second (it was a gift but had to use it). I've been using it until today, at work, it tore, just after I had filled it up. I got burnt on my hand, thigh, and foot.

I don't know what type of quality Takealot sells, but getting injured due to one of your products isn't a good selling point - especially within a month. I'm not sure if it is the manufacturer or Takealot that should be at fault. I have taken pictures and I have no issue escalating this.
