Horrible *** service

*** service still awaiting for my refund and now I'm told the items were not sent to the warehouse whereas the driver collected everything I'm calling everyday but being told I will be called back ,wasting my airtime, already spoke to Vuyo,Pearl ,Sphelele and all saying the same promise but not getting back to me the others I spoke to I forgot their names

So I need my refund the reason I need the refund I ordered stuff and came opened and dirty and greasy inside and some items missing already, requested to speak to a manager and I was told.he was not gonna be able to assist me like really now?that was a *** service so I want my refund today nxa!!!
