Horrible Horrible ********** Service
I have purchased with takealot in the past and received excellent service. This time however I am faced with the worst of situations. My order is expected to be delivered and has not arrived and there is no update from takelot regarding my order. Pathetic service if you ask me and I will never be doing business with the likes of you.

08 Nov 2024, 10:47Today is the 8th November and I am still without my items. Takealot has delivered to me multiple times on the address that stipulated on my order, however today of all times my address information is insufficient because the driver is new and he cannot get here. Not only that, I now have to go to the lengths of sending coordinates cos your drivers cannot make use of Google maps in this day and age. This is utter nonsense
