Horrible experience with takealot

Takealot is becoming a ****, bought a 1 x Feeding High Chair and we had to return it. MRRN-57REB-4YD6 Return Reason: Missing parts or accessories Preferred Outcome: Replace this item They delivered another chair and had to pay for delivery and same thing again MRRN-BZYJ5-JVMX Return Reason: Missing parts or accessories Preferred Outcome: Refund Very unprofessional, not even a phone call to apologise and ensuring that correct product with all accessories is delivered. One will lose out on delivery costs once again, basically lost R440 on deliveries alone
