Horrible experience - Take alot messed up and cancelled my item

Horrible experience with Take a lot. The worst is, you cannot even contact anyone, you cant get help on the app or website, the only thing you can do is fill in an online form where no one gets back to you, all other email addresses is an automated response, telling you to go back to the help center on the app/website where no one gets back to you.

I had an item on my order that was cancelled over a week after placing order. The reason i got was that they cannot source stock, but the item is still available to order, you can add this to your cart and order it, but now its double the price.
